Responsibilities
- Proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent to support our mission of advancing racial equity across various industries.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to identify emerging staffing needs and refine our recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates to ensure we can quickly fill key roles as our organization continues to expand.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Talent Acquisition or a related recruitment field.
- A deep commitment to our mission of elevating economic paths for People of Color.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, including the booster regimen, as we prioritize the health and safety of our community.
