What you bring

We are seeking an experienced executive to join us in a full-time capacity as our General Manager and Head of Studio. This role is available to candidates anywhere, though it operates on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for steering a high-performing, agile team toward achieving key performance indicators and revenue targets. Your core responsibilities include:

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 15 years of experience, specifically within the free-to-play and live games industry. You should possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to set and track measurable goals. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with experts in game design, art, marketing, and analytics. We value individuals who are creative, humble, and transparent, with a deep passion for industry trends and business models. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable leading teams through complex challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit.
