What you bring
We are seeking an experienced executive to join us in a Full Time capacity as our General Manager and Head of Studio. This role is available in a hybrid format, with the flexibility to work from anywhere provided you can commute to our Barcelona office. You will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team to reach their full potential while ensuring our games continue to excel in a competitive market. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading an agile team to develop features that directly impact key performance indicators and align with our strategic priorities.
- Cultivating the growth of team members across various disciplines, including Game Design, Art, and Analytics, to meet revenue and performance objectives.
- Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative brainstorming and innovative problem-solving.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in the free-to-play industry, specifically within the realm of live games. You should possess a data-driven mindset and the ability to set and track measurable goals effectively. We are looking for a strong communicator who can navigate the complexities of multidisciplinary teams and bridge the gap between development, marketing, and creative production. You should be a creative force with a deep understanding of current industry trends and business models. Fluency in English is required, and we value candidates who demonstrate transparency, humility, and a genuine passion for creating engaging, innovative mobile games.
