What you bring

We are looking for Senior-level talent to join us on a Full Time basis. This is an on-site role located in the United States. You will be working with a team of skilled technicians and engineers to push the boundaries of modern aerospace. Your primary focus will involve the following:

• Making meaningful contributions to the hardware or software systems that power our RS1 rocket and future launch operations.
• Collaborating closely within a small, high-impact team of engineers and operators.
• Applying Engineering, Critical Thinking, and Integration expertise to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university. We value candidates with professional experience in sectors such as aerospace, aviation, automotive, satellites, or consumer electronics. Because our work involves sensitive technology, you must meet US person status requirements under export control laws. We look for individuals who demonstrate critical thinking by understanding the reasoning behind every design decision, the ability to navigate ambiguity by defining their own paths to success, and a commitment to end-to-end ownership of their projects to ensure everything is flight-ready.
