At Chamber, we are dedicated to helping cardiology teams thrive in a value-based care environment. By combining advanced technology, clinical expertise, and operational efficiency, we empower providers to deliver the right care at the right time. We are currently looking for a strategic leader to join our mission and help us reshape the future of healthcare.
What is this role?
We are seeking a General Counsel to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for an experienced legal professional who will serve as a primary advisor to our CEO and executive leadership. You will be responsible for building our legal infrastructure, managing risk, and guiding us through complex regulatory landscapes as we continue to grow.
What will you do?
- Oversee all corporate governance matters, including equity management, fundraising support, and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts with payers, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure our operations remain strictly compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback statutes, while integrating these requirements into our product and engineering workflows.
- Provide expert legal guidance on clinical operations, telehealth delivery, and risk management, while collaborating across departments to support strategic initiatives like new product launches and value-based care models.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a business-minded professional with a strong sense of integrity and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You hold a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and maintain an active license to practice law.
- You have 8 to 12+ years of legal experience, ideally featuring a blend of top-tier law firm work and in-house roles at high-growth startups or healthtech companies.
- You possess deep expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks, including CMS programs and managed care rules, and have a proven track record of navigating complex provider and payer contracts.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you can provide practical, actionable advice to cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in English.
What's in it for you?
Joining Chamber means becoming part of a mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes and building a high-quality startup. We offer the following benefit:
- Remote work flexibility.
