We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Garment Technician to join our product team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role based in Australia where you will collaborate closely with our designers and suppliers to shape the future of our collections.

- Foster strong partnerships with our buying and design teams by sharing your deep knowledge of fabrics and technical fit.
- Cultivate effective, solution-oriented relationships with our suppliers.
- Manage the completion of fit comments and bulk specifications to meet quality control standards, while maintaining our internal library of templates and procedures.
- Support our team with supplier sourcing and the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Garment Technician.
- A strong sense of organization and the ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- A values-driven, empathetic approach that allows you to view challenges from multiple perspectives to reach the right solution.
- A proactive attitude toward suggesting process improvements and scaling operations.
- Fluency in English.
