Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the systems and content that empower our mission and level designers to create dynamic game worlds.
- Collaborate with an agile team of artists, designers, and programmers to prototype and implement innovative gameplay features.
- Develop the core systems that serve as the foundation for the overall player experience.
- Adapt and utilize existing technology to deliver unique gameplay mechanics.
- Profile and optimize your code to ensure we stay within our CPU and memory budgets.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of professional experience in game programming.
- A track record of shipping at least one AAA title as a gameplay programmer.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- A genuine passion for game design and crafting high-quality player experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional experience with UE4 or UE5.
- Background in animation or network programming.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
