What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Gameday Monitor to join us on a part-time, seasonal basis for the 2026 Major League Baseball season. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere, provided you have a reliable internet connection. You will play a vital role in our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our live video and audio streams on MLB.TV meet the high standards our fans expect.
What will you do?
- Observe assigned home and away broadcast feeds, including pre and post game shows and regional broadcasts, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Follow our established quality control procedures independently while maintaining high standards.
- Report any technical issues or gameday concerns immediately to the relevant internal teams and provide detailed recaps of any incidents that occur during a game.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a highly visible environment and possess a strong sense of responsibility. You must be available to work at least 25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay troubleshooting concerns and collaborate with teammates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear, concise reports.
- Technical reliability, including a stable hardwired home broadband connection and ownership of at least three different streaming devices.
- A deep familiarity with streaming services like MLB.TV and MLB At Bat, along with a genuine passion for baseball.
- Prior experience in digital media quality assurance or the sports industry is highly valued.
