The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Game Programmer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a core contributor to our development cycle, taking ownership of game mechanics and ensuring our projects run smoothly from concept to launch. Because we operate as a fully remote team, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere while staying closely connected to our designers and artists to bring our collective vision to life.
A day in the life
- You will translate complex game design concepts into functional code, implementing the core features and interactive elements that define our gameplay.
- You will manage your technical workflow using essential industry tools like Fabric and Hockeyapp to ensure our builds are stable and performance-ready.
- You will partner daily with our game designers and artists, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure that every task is delivered on time and meets our high standards for quality.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative setting. You have a deep understanding of mobile game development and possess the technical expertise to solve difficult problems under tight deadlines. You communicate clearly in English, and you enjoy the process of iterating on ideas with a multidisciplinary team. You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while remaining accountable for your contributions to the larger project.
