We are currently expanding our portfolio to include music simulation, education apps, and a comprehensive music gaming hub. We are looking for a talented Game Product Manager to join our on-site team and help us create the next generation of hit music games.
Key outcomes
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Owners and Game Designers.
- Collaborate with the Head of the portfolio to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide strategic and tactical support to stakeholders across marketing, development, and creative departments.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, backlog management, and release scheduling.
- Monitor development progress to ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and timeliness.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and business data to drive innovation and product improvements.
- Communicate business value and product vision clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with industry best practices, UX standards, and game design methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry, specifically in launching new products and achieving product-market fit.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in product performance measurement, data analysis, and optimization.
- Demonstrated skills in market and UX research, wireframing, and backlog management.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for gaming and a player-first mindset, with the ability to analyze core engagement loops and game systems.
- Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, and stakeholder management abilities.

- A deep interest in music and knowledge of the music industry.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead effectively through periods of uncertainty.
