We are Amanotes, a leading interactive music company dedicated to transforming how people experience music through technology. Since our founding in 2014, we have become the top music game publisher from Southeast Asia, reaching over 3 billion downloads and supporting more than 100 million monthly active users with hits like Magic Tiles 3 and Tiles Hop. We are currently searching for a Game Product Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us fulfill our mission of creating a global ecosystem where everyone can engage with music in their own way.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for our new hybrid casual music games, ensuring every release aligns with current market trends and our internal goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of game development by leading cross-functional teams of artists, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences from initial concept to LiveOps.
- Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to optimize gameplay loops, refine monetization strategies, and improve overall player retention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management, specifically within the gaming industry. We are looking for a leader who meets the following criteria:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful mobile or hybrid casual games.
- Deep expertise in analyzing gaming metrics, such as LTV, DAU, and retention, to guide product decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively within an Agile environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, paired with a genuine passion for the gaming industry.
