What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Game Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our product vision and driving development to deliver exceptional player experiences. You will combine strong leadership with product management expertise to turn ambitious ideas into reality while working closely with teams across various verticals.

• At least 5 years of experience in product-oriented roles within the F2P gaming sector.
• A deep understanding of the mobile game product life cycle.
• Proven ability to lead teams toward a unified vision and set of goals.
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
• A talent for first-principles problem solving and designing experiences that foster positive player engagement.
• Fluency in English.
