Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Game Design Expert to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role where you will play a pivotal part in our development lifecycle. We need a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our design processes and push our projects to the next level.
Your impact
- Analyze the mobile gaming landscape and leverage player behavior data to suggest improvements that result in unique, high-performing music games.
- Turn high-level concepts and creative ideas into polished, high-quality game executions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to consolidate team input and propose innovative design solutions that keep our players engaged.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of game design principles, including player motivation, core loops, and economy balancing. We value candidates who can think critically and work effectively within a data-informed environment. Your qualifications should include:
- At least 4 years of experience as a game designer at a senior level.
- Proven success in designing core loops and monetization strategies for various revenue models, such as ads, in-app purchases, and hybrid systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of game designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to pitch concepts clearly.
- A solid grasp of user experience and player psychology.
- Prior experience with music games or transitioning titles from Hyper-casual to Hybrid models is considered a significant advantage.
