Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and research potential clients to understand their commercial needs and offer value through our financial solutions.
- Develop Bespoke Solutions: Design and present tailored strategies for foreign exchange, hedging, and trade finance to address specific client requirements.
- Secure Partnerships: Manage your sales pipeline effectively by scheduling and attending client meetings, often collaborating with senior team members to close deals.
- Cultivate Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert market analysis and ongoing updates on currency trends to ensure client retention and long-term success.
Must-haves
- A degree-level education or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate group presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Demonstrable experience in sales or a solid foundational interest in finance and economics.
- Strong research skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
