Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Netherlands, designed for someone who thrives on bridging the gap between users, complex processes, and robust IT solutions. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the end-to-end management of critical health insurance software.
Your impact
- You will manage and optimize the applications that drive essential health insurance processes.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for users, providing expert support for functional questions and incident management.
- You will analyze complex information needs and translate them into clear functional designs and user stories.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- An HBO level of professional education and thinking.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a functional administrator, information analyst, or in a similar capacity.
- A structured approach to work, with a focus on clear and traceable documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- A passion for process optimization, data quality, and enhancing the user experience.
- Prior knowledge of the health insurance sector is considered a significant advantage.
