What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a critical role in our engineering department, focusing on the development and maintenance of our PropTech platform using technologies such as Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our codebase while we expand our reach.

• Develop and maintain robust fullstack applications using our core tech stack including Node.js, React, and AWS services like Lambdas, EC2, and S3.
• Design and deploy impactful product features that solve real-world problems for our users at scale.
• Collaborate closely with the team on system architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring others to improve our overall engineering craft.

Requirements

We value your practical skills and your ability to ship high-quality work above formal education. You should have at least 4 years of experience building production-grade fullstack web applications. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You should be comfortable working with Docker and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments. Experience with TypeScript or monorepos is a plus. Since we operate as a distributed team, you must be a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances speed with long-term code quality.
