What is this role?
We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in our on-site offices. As a product-centric engineer, you will work within our agile teams to build and maintain the tools that enable our customers to manage compensation bands, planning, and total rewards communication in a transparent way.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to move quickly between ideation, scoping, and execution while iterating on product requirements.
- Build and maintain scalable features across our entire compensation strategy lifecycle, from market data modeling to employee-facing rewards portals.
- Navigate ambiguity by prototyping new ideas and making informed tradeoffs between shipping fast and building for the long-term.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in fullstack software engineering using modern web technologies. We are looking for someone who is proficient in TypeScript, React, Node, and MySQL. You should possess a strong product sense, allowing you to empathize with customers and make the right decisions regarding feature development. We value engineers who are comfortable filling in the gaps in design specifications and who are excited to prototype ideas before committing to a final architecture. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
