Fullstack Software Engineer at Novellia

The role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to help us scale our platform and refine our user experience. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Depending on your specific background and career goals, this role can be structured at a senior, staff, lead, or principal level. You will be a foundational member of our growing engineering team, helping us build our systems from the ground up.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, build, and deploy high-performance software solutions.
• Lead the full lifecycle of feature development, taking ownership from the initial concept through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Drive product innovation by contributing technical solutions that enhance usability, performance, and overall functionality.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical foundation and a passion for building impactful products. We require the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years working within a startup environment.
• Deep proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud.
• A proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Comfort participating in an on-call rotation.
• Bonus: Prior experience working with digital health technologies is highly valued.
