We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team and help us transform the accounting industry. FloQast is a SaaS company that builds innovative workflow automation tools for accounting teams, and we are currently looking for remote, US-based engineers to help us scale our platform and support our growing list of over 1,500 customers.

Responsibilities

Own features through the entire software development life cycle, from defining specifications and writing code with automated tests to deployment.
Build vertical slices of functionality that span the full stack, including high-quality UI, RESTful APIs, and server-side logic.
Collaborate with your team to integrate third-party services and develop new platform capabilities.
Explore and implement new technologies within the AWS ecosystem to solve complex technical challenges.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for software craftsmanship.

Must-haves

3 to 4 years of professional experience working with modern web technologies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Node, MongoDB, and React/Redux, or similar full-stack JavaScript environments.
A deep commitment to code quality, testing, and building robust, scalable solutions.
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $165,000 USD. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
