The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining our advertising technology platform. Whether you have a preference for frontend or backend development, you will have the freedom to work on the features that interest you most. You will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers and cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable solutions that solve real-world problems in the digital advertising space.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement new features across our stack, ensuring that our platform remains efficient, secure, and highly performant for our global user base.
• You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable technical specifications.
• You will participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, sharing your expertise with the team while continuously refining our development processes and system reliability.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with a strong background in software development and a passion for building high-quality products. You communicate effectively in English and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your toolkit includes:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with experience in modern frameworks like React.
• Strong backend capabilities, with specific expertise in Ruby on Rails being a distinct advantage.
• Experience managing data with Postgres and leveraging Elastic Search to improve system performance.
• A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Git for version control, and experience working with various Cloud Services.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to writing clean, modular code.
