Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact role where you will take end-to-end ownership of our early product development. You will be based on-site in the United States, working closely with our core team to shape our technical vision and architecture.

Your impact

• Lead critical development initiatives, including building out self-service onboarding, data blending, and digital account opening features.
• Influence our product roadmap and architectural decisions while fostering a strong, enjoyable engineering culture.
• Ensure production excellence by leveraging observability tools to monitor performance and resolve operational challenges.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of professional engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping complex, high-quality systems.
• Deep proficiency in our tech stack, including React, Node, Fastify, React Query, Vite, Storybook, and Playwright.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you can move quickly and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills in English and a desire to work as an individual contributor who values high-level ownership.
• A bias toward action and the ability to solve problems independently in a high-ambiguity setting.
