The role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates residing in Central or South America. We need a versatile builder who is comfortable working across the entire stack and is eager to tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our team through design sessions, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to build high-quality software.
• Lead the development of critical product components while ensuring our systems remain scalable and robust.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies, working alongside our data scientists and security researchers to refine our AI capabilities.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of professional experience and a strong desire to learn new tools. We value engineers who are comfortable deploying to production frequently and trust in high levels of automation and monitoring.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, along with experience using React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with scalable architectures and technologies such as K8S, FaaS, and Apache Kafka.
• A T-shaped skill set, meaning you have deep expertise in one area but are happy to contribute across the stack as needed.
• Bonus points if you have experience with AWS Lambda, machine learning projects, or the security industry.
• You must be authorized to work in your country of residence within Central or South America.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a monthly salary range of USD 48000 to USD 72000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the following benefits:
