We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our foundations group, which manages critical merchant-facing software including gateways, billing systems, and onboarding tools.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing and maintaining the software products that power our payment infrastructure. You will work within a collaborative, hybrid environment to build robust solutions that help our merchants succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and rigorously test cloud-based microservices to ensure high performance and reliability.
Contribute to the design of our software products by drafting detailed technical specifications.
Collaborate with the team to uphold our technical standards while actively participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

At least 5 years of professional experience working with Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot, and Angular.
A strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience with microservices, messaging protocols, Git, and feature-driven development.
A commitment to thorough testing and documentation of all your code.
Experience using monitoring tools such as Datadog and OpenSearch.
A solid background in architecture design and the application of common design patterns.

Location

This position is based in Germany and operates on a hybrid work model.
