The role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Web Development team on a full-time, on-site basis in Georgia. This is a vital position for someone who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects while working in a fast-scaling technology company. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between visually polished front-end components and robust, high-performance back-end services.

Core responsibilities

• Design and maintain feature-rich web pages and scalable back-end services, ensuring high performance and code quality across the entire stack.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate complex UI/UX concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code using modern frameworks.
• Develop and manage backend logic using Java and Rust, while creating secure and efficient REST APIs to support our platform.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of urgency. We value candidates who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit.

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer working on production-grade web applications.
• Deep knowledge of front-end technologies including Vue/NuxtJS, React/NextJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in back-end development with Java (Tomcat/JSP) and Rust (Axum or Actix), or a strong willingness to master Rust.
• Experience managing and optimizing SQL databases.
• A solid understanding of REST APIs, UX principles, and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and a proactive, can-do attitude.
