Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with leading organizations worldwide. We are looking for an English-fluent Fullstack Developer based in Latin America who will join one of our clients on a remote contractor basis. You will work with a cross-functional team that builds solutions for complex global supply-chain challenges, and you will help deliver reliable, secure software that meets strict compliance standards.

What you'll be doing

Design and implement NetSuite-based solutions while contributing to backend projects that support traceability across global supply chains.
Collaborate directly with the UX team and client stakeholders to translate complex supply-chain requirements into new features and creative technical solutions.
Follow the established SDLC, apply secure-coding best practices, maintain a robust testing environment, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver increments quickly and reliably.

What you'll bring

You bring at least three years of hands-on experience building front-end interfaces for API-driven web applications, with a strong focus on NetSuite development. You also have three or more years designing and implementing back-end services using .NET, and you are comfortable integrating NetSuite with other platforms. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems is valuable, as is solid work with relational databases-PostgresSQL in particular. You have deployed applications on Azure, used Git and GitHub for collaborative development and code reviews, and set up CI/CD pipelines that support DevOps practices. You write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Selenium is a plus), and you apply secure-coding techniques throughout the lifecycle. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, and you communicate clearly in written and spoken English. You thrive in distributed, cross-functional teams, welcome feedback, and stay curious about emerging technologies.

What you'll get

The monthly compensation for this contractor role ranges from USD 2,000 to USD 3,500, depending on your seniority and skillset. An initial trial period of four to six weeks is typical and may begin on a part-time basis with compensation adjusted proportionally. You will work remotely through a payroll platform, giving you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere in Latin America while collaborating with a global team.
