What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Application Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. We need someone with at least five years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our core web services and help us push the boundaries of our WorkLink Augmented Reality platform.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of implementing new product features from start to finish.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality code that is both efficient and reliable.
- Create comprehensive automated unit tests to ensure our applications and APIs remain performant and responsive.

You should have a strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, and React. We are an AI-first company, so a passion for exploring AI and LLMs is essential to your success here. You should also possess the following qualities and skills:
- A deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming and modern architectural patterns.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and comfort working within a Linux environment.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
