We are now looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to join our product engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team backed by top investors like Founders Fund and Stripe as we continue to scale our platform.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical goals and strategies that stakeholders can easily understand.
- Take ownership of key architectural decisions and technology adoptions to ensure our product remains scalable as we grow.
- Maintain a high standard for software quality by actively contributing code to our React and Go stack and participating in thorough code reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Lead.
- Strong technical proficiency or a deep desire to master our primary stack, which consists of React for the frontend and Go for the backend.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain intricate technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
- A commitment to mentorship and fostering an environment of egoless learning.
What we offer
We provide a competitive annual salary range of $160,000 to $230,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, our benefits package includes:
