We are currently searching for a talented Full Stack Team Leader to help us build the next generation of our technology, focusing on automation, user experience, and cybersecurity.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, lead-level position based in Israel. You will work in a hybrid capacity, joining an innovative team where you will have significant autonomy to shape our product direction and technical strategy. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex engineering challenges.
Your impact
- Lead a global team of full-stack developers through the full lifecycle of designing, building, and deploying web applications using React, Node.js, and Postgres.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to your team while conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality software standards.
- Take a hands-on approach to identifying and resolving complex technical problems to keep our systems running smoothly.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional development experience using Node.js and TypeScript.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on management role.
- Deep familiarity with microservices architecture and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
- Experience working within Azure cloud environments and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a global team.
- Fluency in English.
