The opportunity

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to take charge of our Customer Data Platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution. You will have the unique chance to build and mentor a high-performing team while working closely with senior management to define the product vision. This is an ideal position for a leader who wants to influence the future of customer data utilization in hospitality, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of innovation and reliability.

A day in the life

• You will lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while guiding them through the development of our CDP product.
• You will drive the product roadmap by defining strategy and aligning technical objectives with the broader business goals and specific customer needs.
• You will stay hands-on with the code, actively participating in the development of scalable web applications and implementing practical, high-quality solutions.

Who you are

You are a seasoned Lead professional with a passion for building robust data solutions. You communicate fluently in English and possess a pragmatic mindset that balances innovative thinking with efficient delivery. Your background includes:

• Strong proficiency in full-stack development using Node.js, Python, and React.js.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience with data visualization via Power BI and automation through tools like Power Automate and Zapier.
• A solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms, data integration, and marketing automation workflows.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion using Agile methodologies.
