What you'll be doing
- You will own the technical vision and drive innovation for key systems, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the music industry.
- You will write clean, optimized, and reusable code while championing best practices like test automation and comprehensive technical design.
- You will collaborate across our international offices and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collective growth.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least four years of professional experience in software development. We are looking for someone who holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field such as Mathematics or Physics. You should be comfortable communicating in English and possess the following strengths:
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex technical systems that span multiple teams.
- A strong focus on code maintainability, optimization, and the ability to provide high-quality code reviews.
- The ability to create clear technical design documents that outline assumptions and trade-offs.
- A bias toward action and an empathetic approach to team collaboration.
