Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though we have a preference for candidates based in MN, AZ, TX, or FL. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the digital platforms that power our consumer-centric care model.
Your impact
- Lead the full-stack development of our web properties and mobile applications while ensuring our systems remain scalable and reliable.
- Design and develop robust APIs to support complex ETL pipelines and data integrations.
- Partner closely with your teammates to solve business challenges, drive technical strategy, and maintain high standards for code quality across the entire development lifecycle.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least four years of development experience, specifically with NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as Next.js, ReactJS, and Apollo.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable consumer-facing products and integrating with Azure Databricks.
- A strong command of English and the ability to work effectively within an Agile environment.
- Excellent estimation skills and a track record of seeing projects through from technical design to final implementation.
Perks and compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $91,000 - $136,000, with final compensation determined by your specific experience, education, and skills. Our benefits package includes:
