Full Stack Software Engineer at Spekit

By replacing traditional, disconnected training with seamless, in-workflow guidance, we help innovative companies like Uber Freight, Snowflake, and Udemy accelerate onboarding and boost productivity. Having secured over $60 million in venture funding, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Responsibilities

• Build and test features from end to end while maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with our team on architectural design, technical debt management, and the overall development process.
• Support systems in production and focus on solidifying our core building blocks to improve the daily experience for our users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Django and Dramatiq, as well as React.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• A test-first mindset with practical experience writing unit tests for both Django and React applications.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, such as SOLID principles, design patterns, and systems design.
• Proven ability to build and scale web applications for broad audiences.
