Having emerged from the Y-Combinator incubator and supported by top-tier investors, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us continue our growth.

Key outcomes

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures that serve as the foundation for our platform.
• Manage both frontend and backend development, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept to final launch.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical roadblocks with efficiency.
• Establish high engineering standards and promote innovation through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
• Utilize your experience with consumer-facing products to advocate for a user-centric approach in all technical decisions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with significant expertise in React, Redux, and Ruby.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems and identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement.
• Versatility across the stack, ranging from designing Redux stores to optimizing deployment scripts.
• Experience architecting elegant solutions for complex business environments.
• A history of successfully leading projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Deep technical knowledge of DOM manipulation, network interactions, and the mechanics of modern web applications.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $138,000 to $150,000. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
