Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our global team.
Your impact
- Collaborate across our Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership teams to build new products and solve complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from planning and leading small projects independently to executing large-scale initiatives collaboratively.
- Develop high-quality, user-facing experiences for our community of over 75,000 developers, including our event platforms and educational guides.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of experience shipping high-quality software products.
- Strong proficiency in the full stack, specifically using TypeScript, React, Node, Tailwind, and GraphQL.
- A self-motivated mindset with a sense of urgency and a proven ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to mentor teammates while maintaining a high technical bar.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate across our international organization.
- A genuine interest in web3 and the willingness to travel to global cities for our physical hackathons.
