The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product development lifecycle, helping us build the architecture that powers our trading platform. You will have the autonomy to own projects from the initial idea through to final evaluation, working closely with our design and engineering teams to shape the future of our technology.

A day in the life

• You will write clean, high-performance, and well-tested code using Python, Django, ES6, and React.
• You will take full ownership of your own projects, including setting your own timelines, defining the architecture, and breaking down complex tasks.
• You will engage in meaningful collaboration with your peers, participating in code reviews and high-level architecture discussions to ensure we are building the best possible solutions.

Who you are

You are an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are comfortable working with Python and React, and you have a strong grasp of modern software architecture. You communicate effectively in English and enjoy the challenge of exploring new technologies to solve difficult problems. You are a self-starter who values autonomy and is excited to take the lead on projects while contributing to a supportive team culture.
