Full Stack Software Engineer at Intuition Staffing

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us build software that empowers healthcare professionals and educators. Our company creates intuitive, web-based tools designed for the capture, debriefing, and assessment of clinical events and medical training. With our solutions currently supporting over 500 prestigious hospitals, nursing programs, and medical schools across 35 countries, we are dedicated to making complex healthcare workflows feel seamless for the end user. What you'll be doing

• You will own the development of specific features from start to finish, managing the entire lifecycle of your work.
• You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, QA specialists, and product experts to enhance our platform.
• You will apply your technical expertise to solve complex challenges, ensuring we always use the best tools for the job.

What you'll bring

• A degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• At least two years of professional experience in software development.
• A deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming, including the ability to discuss design patterns, benefits, and common pitfalls.
• Strong knowledge of modern development concepts, such as relational database design, security practices, multithreading, and asynchronous APIs.
• Proficiency or familiarity with our core stack, including ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and various cloud technologies.
• An inquisitive, non-complacent mindset and a genuine passion for tackling difficult coding problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit.
