Key outcomes

• Develop high-quality, performant, and well-tested software using Python, Django, ES6, and React.
• Engage in the full product development lifecycle, moving from initial ideation to final evaluation.
• Lead your own project within your first eight weeks, coordinating closely with our design team and fellow engineers.
• Exercise autonomy by defining your own architecture, task breakdowns, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the engineering team through rigorous code review and architectural discussions.
• Research and adopt new technologies or methodologies to solve complex problems effectively.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior software engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, ES6, and React.
• Strong commitment to code review standards and collaborative development.
• Ability to work on-site in the United States.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

We provide a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
