What you bring

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will join our Content and Instruction team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a vital role in shaping the spaces where teachers plan and deliver instruction, utilizing technologies like React, Python, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch. Your work will be highly collaborative, giving you significant ownership over the product roadmap and the opportunity to see your ideas reach millions of users.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-facing features at scale.
• Engage in an iterative development process to build and refine tools that teachers, students, and families rely on daily.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap by writing clean, maintainable code and participating in architectural design proposals.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in shipping features across both frontend and backend stacks. You should have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, whether through a degree or equivalent practical experience. We value candidates who have successfully managed software at scale and can discuss the architecture behind their work. You should be comfortable with modern web technologies, including SPA frameworks and REST or GraphQL APIs. Above all, we value engineers who can solve complex problems with elegant, simple solutions and who are eager to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What we offer
