CallRail is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. We specialize in providing a powerful marketing analytics platform that helps businesses track and optimize their customer interactions. In this role, you will play a vital part in building new features that empower our customers to grow, working within a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our product success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and testable code while ensuring frequent deployments to production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow engineers to design and deliver optimal solutions that meet the needs of our users.
- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation to foster a shared understanding of our codebase and product roadmap.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional who is comfortable working across the stack. While we value specific experience, we encourage you to apply if you have a strong track record of learning new technologies quickly.
- Proven experience building single-page web applications using Angular or similar modern frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for front-end development.
- Strong back-end development skills using Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and gRPC.
- Experience working with Postgres databases and writing comprehensive unit tests using RSpec.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering continuous improvements in a product-first environment.
