We are on a mission to transform healthcare into a value-driven experience that puts the consumer first. By aligning the interests of patients, providers, and payors, we make high-quality care accessible across the ACA Marketplace, Medicare, and Medicaid. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team and help us build the digital tools that make this vision a reality. While this is a fully remote position, we have a preference for candidates located in MN, AZ, TX, or FL.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the full stack development of our web properties and mobile applications, ensuring our systems are scalable and reliable.
- You will design and develop robust APIs to support complex ETL pipelines and data integrations.
- You will collaborate closely with your teammates to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for building consumer-facing products. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least four years of experience working with NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Next.js, ReactJS, and Apollo.
- Experience working with Azure Databricks and a solid understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to estimate project complexity accurately and drive results independently.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our team.
What you'll get
