Full Stack Software Engineer at Vant AI, Inc.

We operate at the intersection of advanced machine learning and deep systems biology, creating computational models that reveal the hidden connections between diseases, targets, and molecules. Our platform is designed to identify and generate new molecular entities, repurpose existing drugs, and predict toxicological insights with high accuracy. By specializing in modeling complex protein-protein interactions, we help our biopharma partners accelerate their development programs and revitalize stalled projects at a fraction of the time and cost required by traditional methods. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us push the boundaries of AI-enabled drug discovery.

What you'll be doing

• You will build and maintain large-scale scientific workflows that support our research team in their efforts to solve complex problems in biology, chemistry, and physics.
• You will proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies by automating modeling, analysis, and visualization tasks, while also developing scalable infrastructure for machine learning inference and chemical databases.
• You will work across our entire tech stack, which includes Python, Go, Rust, and React, to ensure our systems remain robust, scalable, and efficient within our GCP environment.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience navigating complex codebases and designing cloud-native architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes cluster development.
• A solid background in data architecture and engineering, including the development and automation of IAM policies.
• The ability to work independently, take full ownership of your projects, and provide thoughtful technical guidance while remaining open to collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points if you have experience with cheminformatics algorithms or have worked on drug discovery projects previously.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $190,000 USD. If your experience level warrants a higher salary, please do not hesitate to apply, as we are always open to discussing compensation based on your unique background and expertise during our initial conversation.
