We are Lightci, a full-service product design and development consultancy established in 2022. We partner with businesses of all sizes to build high-quality software, lead digital transformations, and establish world-class engineering teams. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us push the boundaries of engineering by building innovative solutions for our clients, including those in the EdTech sector and various Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Develop both front-end and back-end application components using NestJS and NextJS to ensure seamless performance.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and contribute to architectural decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We look for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with NestJS and NextJS.
Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and Agile Scrum environments is considered a plus.
