About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key technical contributor, taking ownership of features and services across our entire stack. You will work primarily with React on the frontend and a mix of Python and Node microservices on the backend. This position offers a clear path for professional growth, with opportunities to advance into senior, staff, or management roles as you help shape the future of our superapp and its supporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from inception to deployment, including managing services, caches, and databases while handling testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define project roadmaps and deliver features that directly impact business metrics.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to conduct experiments and iterate quickly on the products you build.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Python or Node on the backend.
• At least 1 year of experience working with a modern frontend framework like React.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an agile framework, including participating in standups and sprint planning.
• A willingness to work across the full stack and a passion for continuous learning.
