As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our small, high-impact team. About the Role
This is a full-time, mid-level position where you will report directly to our Technology Lead. You will be an integral part of our engineering department, working closely with our product and design teams to build and maintain the applications that power our mission. We operate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment that values collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of building and maintaining our web applications, ensuring our technology effectively supports our members and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design partners to iterate on features and drive our technical roadmap forward.
- Write clean, efficient code across the full stack using TypeScript, React, NestJS, and Express to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings both technical proficiency and a collaborative spirit to the table. Your background should include:
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to frontend development and 1 year to backend development.
- 2+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software and working within agile development teams.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript, including at least 1 year of experience with React.
- A post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong desire to work in a startup setting where you can navigate ambiguity and prioritize effective, practical solutions.
- An empathetic mindset and a commitment to supporting your teammates as we work together to improve health outcomes.
Location
This role is based in Minneapolis and follows a hybrid work model.
