Responsibilities

• Design and build elegant features for analyzing qualitative data, including tools that leverage large language models.
• Improve our audience management systems to help researchers connect with participants globally.
• Integrate video and scheduling functionality to streamline the user interview process.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to ship features from concept to production.
• Define best practices and repeatable processes to measure the success and impact of our software.
• Maintain high standards for performance, security, and code quality across our production applications.

Must-haves

• Strong proficiency in modern full-stack JavaScript, specifically Node.js and React.
• Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• A commitment to writing well-tested, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• The ability to thrive and be productive in a remote work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Practical experience with Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, or TypeScript.
