At Venti Technologies, we are driven by a vision of a world empowered by autonomy. We develop robotic vehicles designed to enhance logistics safety, contribute to a greener planet, and improve human lives. Since our founding in 2018, we have established ourselves as a leader in safe-speed autonomous logistics systems. By combining rigorous mathematics with deep learning and proprietary algorithms, we help our customers reduce costs and increase vehicle utilization. Our team is international, with offices in the United States, China, and our Asian headquarters in Singapore, where we are actively deploying autonomous systems for industrial and logistics sites.
The role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern to join our team in Singapore. This is an on-site internship position tailored for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain off-board services that support our autonomous vehicle operations, such as command centers, remote operations, and fleet management platforms.
- Manage both frontend and backend implementation while contributing to the underlying service infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to build intuitive web applications for our developers, operators, and customers.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a flexible approach to problem-solving. We require the following qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar discipline.
- Practical experience with Python, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with both frontend and backend service implementation.
- Basic knowledge of container-based deployment setups.
- The ability to thrive and take initiative in ambiguous environments.
We also value candidates who have experience with ROS or similar middleware, data structures, object-oriented programming, data analysis, or infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Compensation and benefits
We provide a fantastic, international working environment and a culture that values innovation and collaboration. Our team members enjoy flexible working arrangements and access to world-class benefits.
How to apply
If you are a student ready to help us change the world through disruptive technology, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our team in Singapore and contribute to the future of autonomous logistics.
