The opportunity

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer II to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing and maintaining the interfaces that power our digital health platform. You will have the chance to apply your architectural expertise to build scalable, user-centric systems while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven group. This position is perfect for a senior-level engineer who enjoys balancing high-level system design with hands-on development and is eager to mentor others as we continue to grow.

A day in the life

• You will design and build high-performance, scalable services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to support our data-driven products.
• You will craft intuitive, high-quality user interfaces by leveraging React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure a seamless experience for our end users.
• You will collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements, while also optimizing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within the AWS ecosystem using Docker and Kubernetes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least five years of professional experience in both backend development and large-scale frontend applications. You communicate clearly in English and bring a deep understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment and have a proven track record of managing cloud-based solutions. We value candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. and are currently based in one of our approved states, though we are happy to consider those willing to relocate.
