What you'll be doing

• You will take the lead in designing, architecting, and delivering innovative software products that solve complex industry challenges.
• You will support the growth of your teammates by performing code reviews and providing technical coaching to fellow engineers.
• You will manage the full development lifecycle, which includes executing project timelines, implementing software enhancements, and overseeing testing and bug fixes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, specifically using Python with Flask and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience working with relational databases and complex schema design.
• A solid understanding of AWS services, software design patterns, and SaaS application architecture.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
• Experience using Python data science libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders.
• Current work authorization as a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Bonus points if you have experience with React, NextJS, or CI/CD pipeline integration.
