We are HyperComply, a company dedicated to simplifying how businesses build trust during the security assessment process. Since our founding in 2019, we have grown into a well-capitalized, fully remote team across the US and Canada, backed by leading North American venture capitalists.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of features from the initial technical architecture phase through to frontend implementation and user testing.
- Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Help establish and maintain engineering standards as a key member of our rapidly growing team.
- Work across our stack, which includes a TypeScript React single-page application, a Go-based API, and specialized services in C# and Python.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
- Practical experience building and maintaining single-page frontend applications.
- A proven track record of working effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency with Go and GraphQL.
- Experience working with TypeScript React.
- Familiarity with generative AI APIs, such as OpenAI or Bedrock.
- A deep understanding of relational databases.
- Background in developing enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- A four-year degree in Computer Science.
