The role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a critical position for someone who is passionate about thinking big and taking action to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in our engineering efforts, helping us refine our platform and grow as a professional within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Core responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver innovative software products and solutions that meet our high standards for quality and performance.
• Provide mentorship to your engineering peers through thorough code reviews and constructive coaching.
• Manage the end-to-end testing process, resolve bugs, and prepare detailed technical documentation to support our development lifecycle.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering and a commitment to clean, efficient code. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, specifically with Flask, and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience working with SaaS applications and relational database schema design.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, software design patterns, and Python data science packages like Pandas and NumPy.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Bonus points for experience with React, NextJS, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
